Once we receive your order, we perform strict quality checks and careful packaging. Typical processing time is within 24 business hours. During weekends, public holidays, or when an item is in high demand, processing may take an additional 0–2 business days. Bulk orders or customized products may require extra time. According to Korean customs regulations, shipments to South Korea must include: Personal Customs Clearance Code (P + 12 digits), Korean full name, Korean address, and recipient phone number (010 + 8 digits). All information must belong to the same recipient. Incomplete or mismatched details will prevent shipment.
• You must provide the recipient’s Chinese name, Chinese address, and National ID number (passport number for foreigners). Please write the ID number in the order notes.
• Recipients must download the “Ezway” app and complete real-name registration before the package arrives. If the account is not registered, Taiwan Customs may detain or confiscate the goods. Our company will not be held responsible, nor will refunds be issued in such cases.

Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can track your package in real time using the link provided. We usually dispatch orders within 2 business days and upload tracking details as soon as possible.
Product prices do not include any destination taxes, VAT, or import duties. Since customs policies vary by country, we cannot guarantee whether you will be charged. Based on our experience, shipments to the United States, Singapore, South Korea, and most EU destinations are typically not subject to additional taxes, but the final decision rests with local customs. We will declare a reasonable value for the goods to facilitate customs clearance.
Certain remote locations (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, Alaska, U.S. Virgin Islands) require an additional surcharge of $35 USD according to DHL’s rate card. If your postal code falls under a remote area, we will contact you via email to collect the surcharge. You may also provide an alternative address that is not classified as remote to avoid this fee.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to clear customs, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping fee and any return costs incurred from the refund. Reshipment will require an additional shipping fee. Please double‑check your address, phone number, and any customs‑required details before placing your order.
If an item in your order is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you by email. The order will remain active, and we will ship the item as soon as it is restocked. Due to high international shipping costs and duties, we cannot split‑ship international orders containing backordered items. You may choose to cancel the backordered item (for a refund) or cancel the entire order.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address (including street number, building/room number, postal code, and phone number). If the carrier reports an address or phone number issue, we will reach out promptly. Failure to respond within a reasonable time may result in delivery failure, and any reshipment costs will be the customer’s responsibility. To ensure smooth delivery, please keep your phone line open and monitor tracking updates.
