Processing Time

Upon receiving your order, we conduct a rigorous quality control and inspection process. Processing times vary based on product complexity, design, and size. Larger orders may require more time. Typically, we need up to 24 business hours to process your order. However, please note that processing times may be affected by factors such as individual product stock status, weekends, holidays, and national holidays. If your order includes popular items with tight inventory, processing and shipping times may take 1-2 business days. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience.

Shipping Information Tips

The delivery address must be detailed and accurate - need to provide specific street number, building number and room number; The zip code should correspond to your city.

1. What countries does DIYKEY ship to?

Australia, Germany, France, Philippines, Netherlands, Canada, United States, Japan, Switzerland, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, New Zealand

  1. For Korea, your personal tax ID and Korean name (Korean name + Korean address + required personal tax ID (P + 12 digits) + recipient phone number (010 + 8 digits)) are required according to the requirements of Korean customs clearance.The information must be the same recipient's information, otherwise, we will not be able to ship.
  2. For Taiwan, you must provide Chinese receiving information (Chinese name and Chinese address) and ID card number (passport number if you are a foreigner). Please write the ID number in the order notes.Taiwan recipients must download the Ezway app and register an account. Once the goods arrive at the Taiwan Customs, if you have not registered the account, the customs has the right to confiscate the goods. Our company will not bear any responsibility or refund.

When Do We Ship?

We will ship within two business days and upload tracking numbers as soon as possible.

The following is the shipping cost information set according to different countries and regions:

United States: The shipping cost is 5.9 US dollars, and the estimated shipping time is 8 - 10 days.

Australia: The shipping cost is 5.8 US dollars, and the estimated shipping time is 6 - 9 days.

Germany: The shipping cost is 5.9 US dollars, and the estimated shipping time is 8 - 12 days.

France: The shipping cost is 7 US dollars, and the estimated shipping time is 8 - 12 days.

Philippines: The shipping cost is 5.9 US dollars, and the estimated shipping time is 4 - 6 days.

Netherlands: The shipping cost is 7 US dollars, and the estimated shipping time is 5 - 9 days.

Canada: The shipping cost is 5.9 US dollars, and the estimated shipping time is 8 - 10 days.

Japan: The shipping cost is 5.8 US dollars, and the estimated shipping time is 5 - 8 days.

Switzerland: The shipping cost is 7 US dollars, and the estimated shipping time is 6 - 10 days.

Taiwan region of China: The shipping cost is 5.9 US dollars, and the estimated shipping time is 3 - 5 days.

Hong Kong region of China: The shipping cost is 5.8 US dollars, and the estimated shipping time is 2 - 4 days.

Singapore: The shipping cost is 5.9 US dollars, and the estimated shipping time is 4 - 7 days.

New Zealand: The shipping cost is 5.9 US dollars, and the estimated shipping time is 5 - 8 days.

How can I track my order?

You'll receive a confirmation email from our warehouse once your order is on its way. Please click on the tracking link provided in the email to view the up-to-date tracking status of your parcel.

Does It Include VAT or Import Tax?

Due to different customs policies, we cannot guarantee whether you will be taxed. Our product prices do not include VAT or import tax for your shipping destination. However, we will try to declare a relatively reasonable value for the products.

Based on our past experience, the following destinations have not been taxed, including the USA, Singapore, South Korea, and other EU destinations (except remote areas) such as Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the UK.

Remote Area Shipping Fees

Puerto Rico, Guam, Alaska, and the US Virgin Islands require an additional fee of $35 according to DHL's quotation. The shipping fee does not include the remote area shipping fee as defined on DHL's website. If your postal code is in a remote area, we will request an additional $35 fee via email. Check the remote area list here (search for your shipping destination name, and you will see the remote area code).

You can provide an alternative address not on the DHL remote area list to avoid this fee.

What happens if my package is rejected or returned?

If an order is returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, DIYKEY reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to deduct a certain amount in the refund for costs incurred related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise.

What happens if my item is on backorder?

In the event that an item is out of stock or for any other reason is unable to be shipped, we will notify you in time. We will keep the order open unless told to cancel it. When the item is in stock, we will ship it out immediately.


Due to high international shipping costs, taxes, and duty fees, we cannot ship any international order that includes back ordered items. We will hold the order until all items are in stock and available to ship. Please contact us if you wish to cancel or change these items.

Additional Shipping Notices

Customers are responsible for assisting in the successful delivery of orders. In the following cases, packages will be returned to the warehouse in the country of origin:

  • If we receive a notification from the courier that the package is stuck in customs for any customs clearance reason, we will contact the customer as soon as possible. If the customer fails to provide the necessary information required by customs (such as tax payment) within 48 hours, the package will be returned to the warehouse in the country of origin. If the customer wishes to reship, additional fees may apply (according to our courier's billing). If you decide not to receive the package, you may need to bear the return shipping costs (according to our courier's billing). We will refund the retail price after deducting the return shipping cost (excluding any additional shipping fees you paid when placing the order).
  • If we receive a notification from the courier that the delivery address or phone number is incorrect, we will contact the customer as soon as possible. However, if the customer fails to respond to our inquiry in a timely manner, it may result in the package not being successfully delivered. The customer may need to bear the additional costs for reshipping.
  • If the customer receives the product and wishes to return it for reasons other than product quality, the customer needs to bear the return shipping costs. Once we receive the product at the warehouse, we will refund the product cost Shopify payment.
