Common Tracking Questions
Why does my tracking say "Not Found"?
Don't panic! Once you receive your shipping email, it takes 24 to 48 hours for the carrier to scan the package and update the first logistics node online. Please check back tomorrow.
Tracking shows "Delivered" but I don't have it.
Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely. Please check your porch, mailroom, or with neighbors. If it still hasn't shown up after 48 hours, contact our support team immediately.
My package is stuck in customs.
International shipments may occasionally pause at customs for routine inspection. This is normal. If customs requires tax payment or specific ID information, they (or we) will contact you directly.
Can I change the delivery address?
If the tracking still shows "Processing", we might be able to change it. Contact us urgently. Once the package is handed to the courier ("In Transit"), we can no longer intercept or modify the address.
