Shipping & Delivery

The shipping address can be updated within 6 hours after you placed the order. To update your shipping address, please submit a ticket via Help Center or contact the support team at support@diykey.com.

You'll receive a confirmation email from our warehouse once your order is on its way. Please click on the tracking link provided in the email to view the up-to-date tracking status of your parcel.

Besides, by visiting Track your order live, you can easily know where your package is now. Logistics information usually will be available at the website within 48 hours after your order is shipped.

For now, orders over US$80 enjoy FREE standard shipping worldwide. Shipping rates may apply at checkout for orders below US$35, depending on your location.

United States (Mainland): Orders will be fulfilled within 1-2 business days and may take 8-10 days in shipping.

Australia: Orders will be fulfilled within 1-2 business days and may take 6-9 days in shipping.

Germany: Orders will be fulfilled within 1-2 business days and may take 8-12 days in shipping.

France: Orders will be fulfilled within 1-2 business days and may take 8-12 days in shipping.

Philippines: Orders will be fulfilled within 1-2 business days and may take 4-6 days in shipping.

Netherlands: Orders will be fulfilled within 1-2 business days and may take 5-9 days in shipping.

Canada: Orders will be fulfilled within 1-2 business days and may take 8-10 days in shipping.

Japan: Orders will be fulfilled within 1-2 business days and may take 5-8 days in shipping.

Switzerland: Orders will be fulfilled within 1-2 business days and may take 6-10 days in shipping.

Taiwan: Orders will be fulfilled within 1-2 business days and may take 3-5 days in shipping.

Hong Kong: Orders will be fulfilled within 1-2 business days and may take 2-4 days in shipping.

Singapore: Orders will be fulfilled within 1-2 business days and may take 4-7 days in shipping.

New Zealand: Orders will be fulfilled within 1-2 business days and may take 5-8 days in shipping.

Hungary: Orders will be fulfilled within 1-2 business days and may take 8-10 days in shipping.

United Kingdom: Orders will be fulfilled within 1-2 business days and may take 8-10 days in shipping.

Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.

It could happen in any of the following situations:

1. Your package was received by your family members, roommates, or neighbors.

Sometimes, the courier would deliver a package to the person at the address when the recipient is not around. So please check with your family members, roommates, or neighbors whether they receive the package for you.

2. Your package was left at your mailbox or a self-pickup point.

Courier would deliver your package to the mailbox or a self-pickup point when they fail to contact the recipient or delivery service is unavailable at the moment. For example, the area has been locked down due to the outbreak of COVID.

3. Wrong delivery

It could happen from time to time that the courier leaves your package to the wrong place by mistake. To resolve the problem, please contact the local post office to retain your package. If you need any assistance from the DIYKEY support team, please submit a ticket via Help Center or directly write an email to support@diykey.com.

Tracking information updates could be delayed during the delivery process but it doesn't always mean that the package is lost halfway. If you have concerns about the status of your package, please submit a ticket via Help Center or directly write to support@diykey.com. Our support team will reach out to the courier to confirm the status of your package for you.

1. Being refused

A package returns mainly because it has been refused by the person at the address. It could be a family member who isn't aware of the package is what you've ordered or a friend who has no idea that it is a gift for him/her.

2. Insufficient/wrong address

Sometimes couriers would automatically return packages with insufficient/wrong addresses, such as no apartment number, wrong postal code, or even no access to enter the apartment. Please make sure you have left a valid and sufficient address.

3. No pick-up for a long time

If the package is delivered to a self-pickup point for some reason, such as the recipient's request, or delivery service unavailable at the moment and no one comes to claim it, the package will be returned after 7-30 days.

For now, we accept PayPal, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay. All are safe, trustworthy, and global payment methods.

When you are shopping at Cheerble online store you can freely add as many products as you need into Cart and check out later or click "Buy it now" to check out immediately.

In the checkout page, please fill in your shipping information and then click "continue to shipping". By the way, don't forget to use your gift or discount code~

When you have finished the last step, click "Continue to shipping" to confirm the shipping information and shipping method here. Please go on to the next step if everything is fine, but if there is something wrong with the shipping information, don't worry. Just click "return to information" to update it.

After Sales

You can request Return & Refund Service within 15 calendar days of receiving the product (calculating from the next day when the product is received), We currently don't accept returns out of the return period.

You can cancel your order within 6 hours. To do so, please contact our support team by submitting a ticket at help center or directly write an email to support@diykey.com for further process.

If a product does not function as warranted during the warranty period, replacement Service can be requested by providing a legal proof of purchase. To do so, please submit a ticket via help center or directly email diykey support team( support@diykey.com). After inspecting the product condition, our support team will provide replacement service once there is any proven manufacturing defect.
