First, check with neighbors or building management. Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered before actual drop‑off. If you still can’t locate it, contact us within 5 days and we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier.
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
