Yes, you can! The two extra plastic legs on the bottom of the switch provide extra physical stability for plateless PCBs. If your PCB only has 3 holes, simply use nail clippers or flush cutters to snip off those two tiny side plastic legs flat against the base. They will fit perfectly, and doing so will not affect the switch's electrical performance or its 80M lifespan in any way.
