Today, I want to talk about three special switches from the Ainbel family: the StarDay, Jumping, and Thunderbolt switches.
About Ainbell
Ainbel is a relatively niche brand that collaborated with Kailh last year to create these three stunning switches, along with the unique Bess68 kit. These switches are distinctive in both appearance and feel, making them worth a try.
Thunderbolt Switch: Clicky Switch with a Unique Crisp Sound
The Thunderbolt switch features a distinctive clicky feel, offering a unique crisp sound. Its auditory feedback is sharp and pronounced, making it a delight for typists who appreciate a strong tactile response.

Through these three switches, I’ve gained a deeper understanding of Ainbel’s design philosophy. Their Bess68 kit also showcases the essence of personalization, allowing for various combinations based on individual preferences.
While these switches may seem a bit pricey, their aesthetics and feel far exceed my expectations. I highly recommend all players to try out these excellent Kailh custom switches.
